Silverlining Rights lands international pre-sales for Superhomes franchise

Silverlining Rights has closed a number of pre-sales for the second season of its luxury real estate series Building Britain’s Superhomes as well as for the first season of the spin-off Building Monaco’s Superhomes, both of which are produced by Gosh TV for Channel 4.

Building Britain’s Superhomes follows property developer Guy Phoenix as he creates multimillion-pound luxury homes for the mega-rich. Following multiple international sales for the two-episode first season of the show, the expanded 4 x 47-minute second season has been pre-sold to TVNZ (New Zealand), TV2 (Denmark), RTL (Netherlands) and DPG (Belgium).

Phoenix also fronts the spin-off Building Monaco’s Superhomes (2 x 47 min.), in which he sets out to transform a £20 million apartment and rooftop terrace in time for the legendary Monaco F1 Grand Prix. RTL, TVNZ and TV2 have all sprung for the new series, as well as Prima in the Czech Republic.
