This structured reality series could be described as the real-life 'Glee' or 'Fame'. Based at the prestigious D&B Academy of Performing Arts in Kent, it follows the day-to-day lives of 18-25 year old students trying to make it in the world of show business.

Stage School explores pupil’s lives as they attend West End auditions and put on shows to make their dreams a reality. It follows the day-to-day stories of the students and includes big musical numbers, going from reality into performance and back into reality - a magical experience for viewers.

The series, which is currently being filmed across a 30 week period, premiered on 5th September 2016 and will air every night of the week at 7.30pm on E4.

It is targeted at an audience aged between 12 and 25.

It’s jazz hands at dawn as Donna and Bonnie welcome two new students, Rachael and former X-Factor contestant Casey, to Stage School.
Whilst everyone else seizes the opportunity to eye up the new competition, unlucky-in-love Durone jumps at the chance to take nervous newbie Rachael under his wing in an attempt to win her affections.
The girlband auditions get underway and Pia takes it upon herself to invite new boy, Casey, along to Daniella’s birthday party.

Rachael is finding it tough settling in to the girlband and soon clashes with fellow band member Megan.
Elsewhere, dance auditions begin for the college’s all-important Summer Showcase for which sharp-tongued student Josh has been appointed Assistant Director, much to the annoyance of his fellow classmates. Will he be able to win them round?

Casey’s girlfriend blogger and singer Betsy-Blue joins D&B and immediately ruffles a few feathers when she becomes jealous of Casey and Megan's friendship.
Meanwhile, Luke has a crush on a mysterious older woman and prepares a grand gesture to win her over - but in doing so is he risking his place at college?

Casey and Megan’s showcase rehearsals overrun, which upsets Betsy. Is the girlband at breaking point before it’s even started? 
After a visit to her dentist, Angela has to pull out of her all-girl dance troupe’s lucrative Beyoncé-themed gig, and there’s only one person good enough to take her place – but she…is a he!

With Charlotte unexpectedly forced to leave the girlband, Megan and Rachael can’t agree on who should replace her: Megan is desperate to enlist best friend Pia, but Rachael would much prefer Betsy-Blue. 
Meanwhile, as the students are asked to perform at a local fashion show, Pia and Josh send fur flying backstage when they plot an act of wardrobe sabotage.

Joe C has a novel idea to help Jamie prepare for a nude acting role, but does Jamie have the balls to go through with it?
Durone bites the bullet and asks Rachael out to a theatre show recommended to him by OJ, but things don’t quite turn out as expected.
Tensions come to a head when Josh and Casey’s attempt to clear the air backfires spectacularly.

Donna and Bonnie announce a viral video competition at college, which pits Mo against prank duo Joe C and Angela to see who gets control of the D&B social media account.
Pia’s puppet impersonations of the teachers cause trouble at a comedy showcase and Durone discovers the real reason behind Rachael’s swift exit from last night’s outing.
