Produced by Welsh prodco Little Bird Films, the 1×60’ special explores the role hormones play in our everyday lives, from sleep, stress and mood to appetite and energy levels. Featuring expert advice, it aims to dispel myths and encourage viewers to take control of their wellness. The doc will air on Channel 4 next year.
