SBS, Hot 8 and Virgin Media to serve up Knickerbockerglory’s neurodiversity docs

SBS in Australia, Hot 8 in Israel and Virgin Media Television in Ireland are among a string of buyers to have acquired science and health documentaries produced by UK indie Knickerbockerglory for Paramount-owned channel 5.

SBS, Hot 8 and Virgin have each picked up Does Your Partner Have OCD? (1×60’) and Are You Autistic? (1×60’), while RTL in the Netherlands, Finland’s YLE, RTBF in Belgium and Poland’s TVN have also picked up the latter title.

Virgin and Hot 8 have additionally acquired Does My Kid Have ADHD? (1×60’), as has DPG Media in Belgium. Lastly, Virgin and Hot 8 have taken Will You Get Dementia? (1×60’), which has also been bought by RTL, YLE, RTBF, Norway’s TV2, ARD Alpha in Germany, ORF in Austria and Lithuania’s LRT.

All four docs centre on different forms of neurodiversity and are distributed globally by UK-based sales house Silverlining Rights.
