Nepal Quake: Terror on Everest

On Saturday 25th April 2015, a devastating magnitude 7.8 earthquake hit Nepal causing widespread destruction of homes, religious and historic buildings and businesses, killing more than six thousand, with thousands more injured and thousands more still unaccounted for. The quake, which was Nepal’s worst in more than 80 years, was followed by a powerful magnitude 6.7 aftershock on Sunday afternoon, causing yet more damage.

This documentary film tells the story of the quake which has caused total devastation through eyewitness testimony of survivors on Everest and in Kathmandu and reveals the unfolding science behind the disaster.
